"ADS Digital are a medium size family run business and we've been trading for just over 12 years now, although many of our staff and directors have been working in the industry for longer. As per our company title, we began business installing aerial and satellite equipment for standard British Broadcasters like Freeview, Freesat and Sky predominantly, but also undertake foreign satellite installation.
We cover both domestic and commercial installations and have a major client list stretching from the private, government and development sectors. The key to our success so far, is understanding the needs of each customer.
Keeping our installations cost effective whilst providing industry standard to our domestic customers is imperative. We then wish to offer creative design to our larger projects both in the domestic and commercial sector – it’s about striking the balance. We aim to exceed expectation in both areas.
As time went by, our customers demanded more from us and as audio-visual and home automation installation became more and more popular it made sense for us to include this with the installation of television services.
We now install television with many other avenues of audio-visual including Control4 home automation, centralised TV systems, sound systems, networking and security. We pride ourselves mostly on our customer service along with our innovative SMART Home designs.
As a family run business, we try to offer that little bit extra taking care of customers from start to finish and offering a 12-month warranty service that is always honoured should our parts fail within that time.
We have some exceptionally gifted engineers that have worked on some very large and exciting projects. Our CAI, CEDIA and Control4 registration means that our staff are experienced and trained to a very high level allowing us to work within homes and commercial properties effectively.
Our work is always designed to brief but with creative input in order to offer our clients a future proof system that will grow with technology. Our systems engineers are precise and extremely neat and have produced some beautiful work (see our projects page).
The thing is, we love what we do, we are passionate and hope to continuously improve and further our engineers in their knowledge and skills. This is crucial if you wish to provide services that are current and exciting."
