Animal antics
Posted 2019-01-23 22:19:50They say you shouldn’t work with animals and children – well this week we did both! Pets week was a roaring success with the largest variety of animals visiting the nursery that we have ever had. The week kicked off with a visit from Pinto the standard schnauzer. He was very calm and more than happy for the children to stroke him. We had a cute guinea pig, two ponies, Goldie the goldfish, a handsome hamster, Moses the snake and... read more
Changing landscapes

There are logs, conkers, pine cones and other natural resources to play with. Last week we received an assortment of outdoor toys to test from our partners at Fundamentally Children. As an accredited Play... read more
Onwards and upwards
Posted 2019-01-23 22:10:19Things got a little bit emotional this week, what with it being the last week of term. Throughout the week we held graduation ceremonies for all of the preschool children to mark the end of their journey at Mount Carmel Kindergarten. The children performed a number of their favourite songs which they learnt throughout the year and proud parents watched as they crossed over the bridge to their future whilst collecting their certificates. We took a number of photos at... read more
